The Story of Ekrem - Owner of Mira Mediterranean Grill

For more than 20 years, Ekrem devoted himself to mastering regional cuisine, working alongside his two brothers at their family restaurant, Efes Mediterranean Grill. As head chef, he became known for his dedication to authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and genuine hospitality. These are the values that shaped every dish and every guest experience.

After two decades of hard work, countless meals served, and thousands of satisfied guests, Ekrem set out to bring his own vision to life. Inspired by tradition and driven by passion, he opened Mira Mediterranean Grill as a reflection of everything he believes this style of dining should be.
